Puerto Rico is a beautiful island located in the Caribbean.  Our capital is San Juan, the 2nd oldest city in the America's. Officially the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is a self-governing unincorporated territory of the United States since the 1950's.  76% of the people have Spanish origin. Most of the people is bilingual (spanish-english).  And we have a great climate, it's almost summer, with a shiny sun, all year long.

The Real Estate prices in PR depends on the location.  The Metro Area is the more expensive, and populated.  Most homes are build in concrete and strong materials, storms proof, thats why the prices are higher.
